Dr Sukhi Virdee offers a flexible and holistic therapeutic approach- she works closely with individuals to address their needs, by planning and subsequently delivering the right type and level of support. Exploring with individuals what will work best for them at the present time, and therefore tailoring therapy to best suit their needs. Dr Sukhi Virdee’s personal philosophy is to work collaboratively with individuals, listening to what they want and identifying goals they agree with. Dr Sukhi Virdee’s experience in mental health has given her the awareness of the importance of being creative when considering what interventions are most effective and appropriate with different people.
